You're fine just the way you are!
Everyone has blow ups with their athletes and parents.
Sure, it's tough to lose close matches, to struggle with practices, to get the best out of your kids.
That's THEIR fault, not yours. You just keep doing what you're doing. You can't help it if they don't pay attention. You can't help it if their parents are psycho. That's on them. You're doing fine.
Don't listen to all the blather about evidence based coaching methods, you are doing fine! All that science stuff gets in the way of hitting lines and serving practice. You know what you're doing, everything is fine coach!
How you coached this year is great. Don't worry about changing the way you coach. Volleyball is volleyball, nothing changes. Just keep doing it like you have been all these years.
